Early bird special (ends 3 weeks before the start of course): $325.00
Returning participants: $200

Refund policy

Bookings cancelled at least 2 weeks before the start of the course will be fully refunded minus an administration fee of $50.

If you should be unable to complete the course due to an unforeseen crisis, a credit note for enrolment in a future course may be provided.

Phone interview

Once you have enrolled in a course, I will phone you for an interview, during which you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the MBSR course and to discuss with me your specific goals, needs, and intentions for your participation in the program.
