Individual sessions can be taylored to your specific situation and needs to support you wherever you are on your mindfulness journey – from just being curious, to having dabbled in mindfulness and mediation with the help of an app, to having an established meditation practice but wanting some feedback, fresh inspiration, and support.
You can book a one-off session or register for a package of 8 sessions that follow the MBSR curriculum – or anything in between.
